When I first came to live on the farm the current temple was just a building site --- bush poles supporting a tin roof and some brick work starting where the kitchen is now . All the bramacharies [2 dozen or so]lived under the white house  which was only semi enclosed and birds would roost above us on the rafters at night .Heaps of rats also ran all over us at night..The temple room , kitchen and office were all up stairs .The Dieties were small Sri Sri Goura-Nitai.Two householder couples lived in small caravans down near the river .
