Janmastami is coming on Thursday 2nd of September!

Planning for this year’s Janmastami festivities are well underway and the event promises to be an ecstatic and joyful occasion.

We’re pleased to be able to offer you all the chance to participate in the Maha Abhishek - the bathing of Sri Sri Radha Govardhanadari. Once again, we invite you receive the mercy of Their Lordships by
sponsoring a Kalash, either individually or in a group.

Offered a deluxe Kalash with maha sweets. Includes a beautiful   Vaisnava Calendar for 20010/2011 and many other extra goodies.

For our guests, this is a unique opportunity to be actively involved in the bathing of Their Lordships and sharing some of our most exquisite and delectable hand-made sweets, which are lovingly prepared especially for this occasion by devotees in our community.

The proceeds from the last years Abhishek were used to renovate the Deity kitchen, and purchase a stove rangehood and utentsils. The proceeds from this years Abhishek will be used for purchasing a brat pan (costing $15,000), which will greatly assist the Sunday feast cooks.

For those of who are unable to attend the Maha Abhishek, your name and the names of your family members will still be read out to Their Lordships and bathed on your behalf. We’ll arrange delivery of your Silver or Gold Kalash locally, as well as in the Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Because our Kalashes are prepared to order, please book early to avoid disappointment! There are only 14 gold and 35 silver kalashes left, so be quick.
